Let me introduce myself

I'm Abbie. Welcome to my blog but don't worry it isn't like Facebook where I update you on my food habits and everyday life. This is where I talk about the good stuff so buckle up.

For one of my University modules I have been tasked with blogging my development throughout third year so here we are, my blog... TaDah.

After second year I decided to move to Cornwall with my best friend for a few months to find myself and hopefully come back with a fresh mind and outlook on life. It taught me that originality and the homemade style is the one for me. Not over processed and crisp but the more rugged and organic things catch my eye the most... it has more of a personality. This is something I wanted to carry with me throughout my final year and I hope you can recognise that through my pieces.

The first and second year taught me that this is serious and not just a walk in the park. I really don't know how some students can go out every night and still manage to get their work done... very talented people.

In all honesty, I have no idea what path I want to go down when it comes to becoming a designer. I don't have a specific style or medium I prefer so I am hoping my third year and documenting it along the way will help me discover this.

Anyways, enough chatting rubbish. I'm back on Paradise Peninsula and ready to smash my final year as a Graphic Design student at the University of Chester.
