Goodness me, the portfolio review is approaching and I can't lie... I am very scared. Not just because I will be speaking to people I don't know but also because I sometimes doubt my abilities and think my work isn't good enough to be shown.
In all honesty I have no idea what work to include in my portfolio. It almost feels like I don't have enough to show which is even scarier. This is something I am going to work on over the next week or so and include some of the work that I have done during my university experience as this is the most up to date.
To prepare for my portfolio interview/review I have been practising speaking to new people online and following some scripts with them to make sure that I can read without stuttering due to nerves. I want it to flow as much as possible, causal but also formal in a way.
Our interview is only 5minutes long really so once I have got my materials together I am going to practise it all the way through with my friend from my course, Heather Kendall. She has helped me a lot with the presenting side of third year so I am so grateful to have made such a wonderful friend along the way.
Some of the work that I may include;
5 Briefs
British Council
Rye Group
Ruiter.
M.A.Homebakes
Once I have put it all together into a PDF file I will update you all and show you what I have decided to include... wish me luck.
Much love,
Abs x
